Training run

In cooperation with our main partner, the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway, we are offering a training run on the original Zermatt-Riffelberg route.

Runner package:

All runners who register by May 25, 2026 will receive the special runner package, only valid on the training day. This includes:

  • a day pass for the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway, valid between Brig and Zermatt and between Zermatt and Riffelberg
  • Spaghetti lunch à discretion incl. 1 drink
  • Training session on the original Zermatt-Riffelberg route in three different speed groups (1st group approx. 2 h 30, 2nd group approx. 3 h 00, 3rd group approx. 3 h 30)
  • a leisurely day with like-minded people.

Meeting point:

At 09.30 am in the ticket hall of the Gornergrat Bahn. There you can drop off your luggage, which will be transported to the Riffelberg. The number of participants is limited to 30!
