Q: Does the organizer offer the possibility to test?
A: Yes, the organizer offers rapid antigen tests in St. Niklaus (gym Hall) and Zermatt (Hotel Alex) test centers.
There's no possibility for testing on the race day!

Q: I received the first vaccination by the beginning of July. Is that enough for participation?
A: No, anyone who has not been vaccinated twice by June 22, 2021 (11 days before the event) must be able to show a negative test
Q: Are self-tests allowed?
A: No, self-tests are not allowed.
Q: Which test do I have to be able to show?
A: A rapid antigen test (not older than 48 hours) or a PCR test (not older than 72 hours. Pharmacies offer rapid antigen tests free of charge (once a month).
Q: What does the rapid antigen test cost in the test centers in St. Niklaus and Zermatt?
A: The rapid antigen test is free for runners (only upon presentation of the start number + ID / passport)
Q: Where and when do runners have to show that they have been vaccinated, tested negative or have recovered?
A: There is a check-in before the baggage drop-off, where you have to show your bib number, ID / passport and a written certificate (on paper or as an SMS on your mobile phone).
Q: Where do I have to wear a mask?
A: You must wear a mask in the start and finish areas and in all public buildings. After check-in, each runner receives a running belt with 2 masks. The strap also offers space for cell phones, gels, etc.
Q: Do spectators need to be tested?
A: No, spectators do not need to be tested. Large areas at the start and finish area will be cordoned off.
Q: Can spectators drive into the finish area on the Riffelberg?
A: Yes, in principle spectators can go to the Riffelberg. The finish area is cordoned off over a large area. Spectators can stay in the area that is not cordoned off.
